We accept all major credit cards! We are a non-smoking and NO tobacco products property. Sorry, we do not accept any type of pet. Common area room and service area (inside) and the back patio area (outside) are for all guests, please restrict its use to 11 PM as a courtesy to all.
Deposit Required
Reservations must have one night’s fee as a non-refundable deposit. Pheasant and Turkey suites have extra sitting room and furniture. All rooms feature private baths.
Multiple Nights
Minimum 2 nights. A one night stay; rates are $125.00 per night for Turkey and Pheasant Suite; $110.00 per night for Duck and Fishing rooms. A Credit Card must be used to hold room(s) , no refund on short notice reservations cancelations (less than 7 days).

Full Occupancy Discount
If you take all four rooms, there is an additional 10% discount. One night’s fee deposit, non refundable. Discounts are not cumulative.
Special Services
Lunch or dinner meals brought by guests requiring cooking, use of the oven $10.00 Fee NOTE: there is no further discount if you do not have breakfast here. There is a microwave for the use of all guests in the service area at no charge. Ask us about special services you would like on special occasions. WIFI is available at no charge.

Why we have a 7-Day No REFUND Cancelation Policy: We purchase only fresh produce, farm fresh eggs and breakfast meats for each stay. We commit to cleaning resources after the stay for the room(s) and common area. When reservations are cancelled within 7 days of the stay, those expenses become lost and decrease our ability to provide the best stay possible for future guests. Thank you for your consideration.

- We offer a special discount for all Weddings or events held at Timberline Barn of 10%.
- Veterans and First Responders 10% with ID at check In.
- Events at Market 116 receive a 10% discount
